We want the Tower and our community spaces (such as our Discord) to be a safe, fun, and welcoming place for everyone to hang out and play. Arkheron incorporates industry standard tools to monitor these community spaces in accordance with applicable laws.These tools are outlined in our Privacy Policy and EULA/Terms of Service, which you agree to by downloading Arkheron.

How: We use third party software within text and voice chat that monitors for language that appears to violate our Code of Conduct, is illegal in nature, is a scam/spam, or puts minors at risk. If such language is detected, a recording is made from approximately 5 seconds prior to the offending language until approximately 5 seconds after the language has concluded. These recorded snippets are reviewed and, if applicable, sanctions are issued, up to and including warnings, voice/chat mutes, suspensions, and bans.

Where: As a player, you can expect to be monitored in public spaces. These are virtual text and voice comms spaces which are populated by large portions of our community and are accessible by anyone who has signed up to play Arkheron. These spaces would include:

• All areas and channels of the official Arkheron Discord

• Any queue you join in game that is labeled as ‘Team Chat’, including in custom games you join

We also believe that players in private spaces shouldn’t be monitored, so we DO NOT monitor or record in private spaces, including:

• The Tutorial

• Training room spaces where team members are in ‘Party Chat’

• Anything said or typed in a queue with players you have chosen to party with in game (aka, ‘Party Chat’)
