There are two ways to report a player:

1. In-game. You can report a player in-game by clicking on their username and then selecting 'Report'.  You can also mute players this way or via the social menu (click the hooded Echo icon in the bottom right hand corner).
2. Support Site. You can report a player by emailing support@bonfirestudios.com. Please include in your email:
   • Your screenname & region
   • The screenname of the person you're reporting
   • Describe the reason you're reporting them

Even if we aren't able to respond to every submission directly, rest assured that your report will be reviewed and action taken when appropriate. Reporting of a player does not guarantee a warning, sanction or banning of another player, this is at the sole discretion of Player Support.
