Our End User License + Terms of Service is available at the footer of our website and at:

https://www.arkheron.com/en_US/legal/end-user-license-agreement/

Note: These Terms may change from time to time. If we make a big change, we won't keep you in the abyss! We’ll reach out reasonably in advance by email, an in-game message, or another written notification to let you know what is changing and when the new version takes effect. By continuing to play and hang out in the Tower after those changes kick in, you are agreeing to the new Terms.
