I signed up for the playtest, why can’t I play?

I don't have a key:

  • If you haven’t yet received a key, you’re likely on the waitlist. We are accepting users in waves, so if you don’t get an invite right away, we hope to get you into a playtest soon.

I received a key:

  • If you have already received a key but are having trouble accessing the game, please make sure to check playtest times to see if you’re logging in during our playtest hours.

I have problems accessing the game due to technical issues:
